Sub-Processor Disclosures
We sometimes engage third-party service providers (“processors” or “sub-processors”) to help deliver the Service. Specific providers may change over time. This page is informational and does not amend our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Where our contract requires notice of changes or an opportunity to object, we will provide notice to the account owner. Categories of sub-processors we may use
- Messaging delivery platform(s): application-to-person SMS/MMS routing, delivery, and diagnostics.
- Customer relationship management & forms: lead capture, lifecycle communications, and support workflows.
- Workflow automation: event orchestration and task routing between systems you connect.
- Operational database: operational records, configuration, and status fields.
- Scheduling & link tools: appointment links and related metadata when you choose to use them.
- Payments & subscription billing: subscription management, invoices/receipts, and self-service portal.
- Analytics & site services: basic measurement, performance, and site functionality (no ads/remarketing enabled at this time).
- Hosting & content management: website/CMS and related infrastructure.
- Monitoring & alerting: uptime and availability checks.
- Email service (transactional/support): sending and receiving support confirmations and notices.
Changes
We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors as we improve the Service. We may periodically update this page. If your contract requires advance notice or an opportunity to object, we will provide notice using the contact information on file.
