Who We Are

Neighborhood Foundry, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates The Missed Call Catcher by Neighborhood Foundry (the “Service”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website or app, administer an account, or receive messages from a clinic that uses the Service.

Scope

This policy applies to website/app visitors, account administrators, clinic staff users, and recipients of clinic messages (for example, missed-call texts). We primarily serve the United States; if you visit from outside the United States, this policy still applies, but we do not target non-U.S. regions at this time.

Data We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your devices and browser, from our processors/service providers, and from publicly available or partner sources. We may combine information collected across our services and channels. Depending on how you interact with us, this can include:

  • Identifiers and contact details (for example, name, email address, phone number, business name, role/title).
  • Account and commercial information (for example, plan type, subscription status, transaction and billing metadata processed via Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers).
  • Form submissions and CRM data (for example, information submitted through HubSpot forms, landing pages, chats, meeting links, or email interactions, including fields you provide and related timestamps).
  • Device and usage information (for example, IP address, user-agent, language, time zone, referrers, pages viewed, session duration, clicks, and interactions with our site/app).
  • Internet activity and analytics information collected via cookies and similar technologies (for example, HTTP cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, beacons, and tags used for measurement, debugging, and performance).
  • Communications and support information (for example, emails you send to us, support tickets, and limited message content or transcripts where needed for troubleshooting and quality assurance).
  • Operational messaging data (for example, phone numbers, timestamps, delivery status, and other messaging metadata generated by the Service and its processors; we minimize message content retained for logs and troubleshooting).
  • Preferences and marketing information (for example, communication preferences, newsletter opt-ins, event registrations, survey responses, and related engagement).
  • Integration and scheduling information (for example, metadata from scheduling tools or integrations you connect, such as appointment identifiers, links, and timing).
  • Inferences we generate (for example, trends and aggregated insights derived from the information above to improve and operate the Service).

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including automations, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and product research and development.
  • Process and manage subscriptions, trials, and payments; provide customer support and service communications.
  • Measure usage, performance, and security; prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms and policies.
  • Send you service notices, product updates, and—where permitted—marketing communications about the Service (you can opt out of marketing communications at any time).
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms, including protecting our rights and the rights of users and third parties.

Sharing

We share personal information with our processors and service providers that help us run the Service (see the Sub-Processor Disclosures) and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information or “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we later enable advertising or personalization features that change this assessment, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notices and choices.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and basic analytics to operate and measure our site. Cookies and similar technologies (for example, pixel tags, SDKs, and tags) help us remember settings and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we later enable advertising features or region-specific consent tools, we will update this policy.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You may contact help@neighborhoodfoundry.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
  • For texts, reply STOP to end messages or HELP for help (or email help@neighborhoodfoundry.com). For email, you can use unsubscribe links in marketing messages.
  • We honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals we receive (for example, Global Privacy Control).

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. We maintain internal retention schedules and safeguards and delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed for these purposes or when legal retention periods end.

Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a person under 18, please contact us so we can delete it.
